Quality and compliance role within Aged Care

This Aged Care N4P, advocates, educates, supports and engages with West Australians living with all types of dementia to have the greatest beneficial impact on their dementia journey.

**Your new role**
We are seeking a Quality and Compliance consultant to focus on quality and compliance services within community care. You will be responsible for meeting the organisations purpose by providing and ensuring ongoing compliance with the applicable regulation and legislation guidelines.

Duties of the role include:

- Support and help develop a Quality Management culture across the organisation
- Assist with accreditation/compliance requirements across Home Care NDIS and CHSP, Identify & assess best practice systems, processes and initiatives.
- Develop, manage and implement strategy across all areas of responsibility by being supportive and collaborating with internal departments to develop and deliver up to date industry specific policies, procedures, compliance and reporting, Regularly conduct internal audits & participate in external audits
- Be an active member of the Risk committee,

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Demonstrate knowledge of quality, compliance, clinical governance and industry accreditation;
- Proven competence in meets experience with Quality practices, along with creating and developing best practice quality and clinical governance;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to present and manage stakeholder relationships with demonstrated experience, time management and organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines;
- An ability to prioritise, monitor and coordinate personal workloads to meet varying deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team if necessary; and
