We are seeking to employ a Disability and Aged Care, Quality and Compliance Manager for Community Vision, the role is based in Joondalup.
This role will be responsible for the successful development and monitoring of compliance and reporting against the NDIS and Aged Care standards.
The growth and span of the organisation combined with the ongoing compliance scrutiny and requirements requires an expert to steer Community Vision more effectively as a dedicated compliance expert.
Ideally, this role would suit someone with previous NDIS project lead experience, strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to drive change.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities of this Role
- Review the NDIS Compliance Review recommendations, prioritise tasks and develop an implementation plan
- Use project management and change management methodologies to develop project timelines, manage risk, stakeholders, quality, and costs
- Work collaboratively to ensure that compliance requirements are streamlined and embedded
- Develop operational policies and procedures to reflect compliance requirements including practice, reporting requirements and worker screening
- Develop and conduct education and training to upskill the relevant Community Vision staff, volunteers, Leadership and management team
- Guide on restrictive practices requirements and behaviour support plans that meet the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding legislative requirements
- Ensure aged care compliance requirements are monitored, and reported on internally and met
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to key stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care legislation, regulatory requirements, and Quality Standards
- High level knowledge of NDIS legislative requirements, and experience at a senior level of working in NDIS compliance and implementation
- Experience in developing policies and procedures that align with Aged Care and NDIS Quality frameworks
- Successfully managing projects, with advanced Project management skills, including presentation and report writing skills
- Strong positive interpersonal skills that enable buy in internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in organisational leadership and change management
- Qualifications in health-related field (desirable)
