Your new role as Quality Compliance Officer will see you assist the Quality Department implement and drive the development of the Network Aviation quality systems as they relate to Group guidelines and relevant legislation. Your responsibilities will include coordinating quality and safety meetings, analysing data, preparing reports and assisting with audits.
- Previous experience in a quality role and the ability to work in a team environment within the airline industry.
- Demonstrated experience with Change and Risk Management activities
- Understanding and experience of Human Factors and how it relates to an airline within an engineering environment
- Experience leading and participating in aviation audits and investigations (Lead Auditor qualifications considered highly advantageous)
- A passion for continuous improvement and effective communication style to bring employees on this journey
- High level of computer literacy
