What the role entails:

• Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operations remain efficient and profitable

• Fostering strong, positive relationships with both customers and employees

• Maximising operational capacity with effective cost control measures

• Establishing and achieving targets for service sales and profitability

• Leading, organising, and overseeing Technicians to ensure optimal utilisation of materials and staffing

• Supporting the dealership in achieving MSI benchmark scores or higher

• Closely monitoring and managing the service process to maintain high standards

• Ensuring every dealership interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism, both internally and externally

• You will report directly to the General Manager & Dealer Principal who is the owner of the business. You will not be "just another number" in a large-scale group organisation. Your input will be valued and rewarded.

• Lead our team of 37 service professionals and manage our 30-bay workshop, capable of carrying out 120 retail repairs per day, and our 7,000SQM pre-delivery centre and storage facility capable of accommodating future growth.

• Shape the future of our business through your involvement in our off-site and externally facilitated business planning meetings encompassing: 12-month business planning, 3-year strategic planning, and 5-year LTBP (Long Term Business Planning)

• Management team high-performance incentives are offered in addition to the remuneration package

Key requirements:

• You are currently employed as a high-performing service manager in a large-scale service operation who wants to join a work environment where the "sky is the limit" in terms of personal development and reward for effort.

• Excellent and demonstrable people leadership skills, including numerous examples of having developed staff into leadership roles.

• Excellent Management skills demonstrated by industry-leading financial performance.

• A growth-oriented philosophy (both in terms of people growth and business growth).

• Excellent Financial Management skills and elevated understanding of Service KPIs so as to understand and drive high performance.

• Exceptional and demonstrable ability to deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction KPI results.

• In summary, in being prepared to pay a $250k package, we want someone who is exceptional in engaging and growing people, supported by best practice financial and CSI management skills.

• Experience with PMDS (Auto-It) preferred but not essential.

• Current Driver's Licence
