- Specialized installations: Construction, installation and maintenance activities for high-voltage electrical networks, telecommunications systems, air conditioning systems, mechanical and naval assembly, nuclear dismantling and the integral maintenance of all types of infrastructures, industry and building.
- Integrated Projects: Engineering, supply, construction and start-up of projects related to the conventional and renewable energy sector, oil and gas infrastructures, desalination plants, drinking water purification and drinking and/or process water purification systems, as well as urban and industrial wastewater treatment and reuse equipment.
- Concession assets: Promotion and construction of concession assets such as renewable infrastructures and transmission lines.

This role, under the supervision of the Commercial Director will provide support to the Supply Chain Manager and Procurement Officers and coordinate with the Project Director, Project Manager, commercial and engineering teams. You will negotiate, coordinate and administer the subcontracts for the project, including but not limited to the energy hub equipment, transmission line equipment, and the civil and electrical balance of plant.
The role will coordinate the subcontract negotiation and management for all major assets in the project, specifically those which required to be imported such as high voltage technology. These contracts will typically be greater than $1m in contract value and have operation-critical requirements. These may also have tailored commercial terms from the agreed standard project commercial terms.
Day to day, the role will involve:- Subcontracts Management and Execution making sure that the subcontracts of goods and services favour the company and create less risk to the project
- Suppliers Relations and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, and manage service providers and suppliers expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks regarding the subcontracts, ensuring compliance with the project documents, industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Identifying and evaluating legal and related commercial risks and opportunities. Reporting on the same and recommending strategies to limit or avoid risks and capture opportunities consistent with the strategies and objectives of the business
- Manage Contract Administration of all contract documentation and associated subcontracts
- Leading the delivery of all aspects of the service in line with contractual and quality requirements and plans
- Proactive engagement with the client and partners for delivery of contractual documentation
- Coordination of technical documents (supplied by the technical staff) delivery to the client in the correct format
- Implementation and monitoring of contract processes and policies in collaboration with the client
- Proactively identifying, analysing and implementing innovative recommendations to drive Continuous performance Improvement and service delivery
- Recognizing and achieving licenses management so that the tasks required can be delivered by the company
- Bachelor degree in Contract Law, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven Experience: At least 5-7 years in the high voltage T&D sector, with a focus on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a project environment.
- Extensive knowledge of high voltage electrical systems, EPC contracts and relevant industry regulations
- Demonstrated ability to motivate/manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and sound negotiation skills
- Sound legal, commercial and risk management knowledge
