Job Title: Managing Director - Culligan Water

Company Overview:

As we continue to expand our services and grow our business, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead and oversee our operations.

Position Overview:

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Culligan Water's business, including sales, operations, finance, and customer service. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with the executive team to drive the company's strategic direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement annual strategic plans and goals that align with the company's vision and objectives.


• Drive business development and sales initiatives to expand our customer base and revenue streams.


• Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


• Manage the company's budget and financial performance, and report regularly to the Board of Directors.


• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and mentor and develop the leadership team.


• Monitor industry trends and stay ahead of the competition through innovation and continuous improvement.


• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.


• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the water treatment industry.


• Strong business acumen with proven track record in driving sales and financial growth.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.


• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a motivational and collaborative approach.


• Solid financial management skills, with knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.


• Knowledge of water treatment systems and industry trends is an asset.


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:


• Full-time position with flexible working hours.


• Regular travel within the designated market area may be required.


• Work location can be based on the candidate's preference.
