Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Culligan Water. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and oversee the overall financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.


• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.


• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors.


• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.


• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to help drive financial performance.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.


• Oversee the company's risk management function, including insurance and compliance.


• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and financial institutions.


• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.


• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.


• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing process improvements.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.


• Experience managing a team of financial professionals.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
