We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our small, dynamic team at Martin Collins Australia.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing accounts receivable/payable and invoicing

· Performing account reconciliations

· Handling payroll and supporting basic HR functions

· Providing general office administration support

About You

· Strong understanding of Xero

· Proven experience managing accounts across multiple business units

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to work effectively within a small team

· Highly organised with the ability to work independently

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles
