Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

Your gig:

Reporting to the Operations & Safety Manager, you'll assist the day to day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties.

In a nutshell:

  • You'll ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping the mirrors and floor so they're flawless
  • You'll clean and prepare the equipment required by each member and help to create an environment where members love spending time
  • You'll be super conscious about everyone's safety and take enormous pride in producing the shiniest change rooms ever
  • You'll supervise the pool, spa and sauna, ensuring that it's a safe space for our members and team members, performing life guarding duties where necessary
  • You'll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected

  • You're comfortable communicating at all levels and can be counted on to maintain a sparkling environment for all
  • You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you
  • You may have some lifeguarding experience and comfortable in the pool
