As we continue to expand, we are seeking a process-driven, data-focused Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and collaborating across teams to make processes work smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and maintaining the ERP system, including testing new features and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitoring system performance and ensuring data accuracy, security, and user access integrity.
  • Providing end-user support, delivering training, and creating clear documentation.
  • Developing reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with IT and stakeholders to streamline processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting with projects and responding to ad hoc data or reporting requests.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in data, analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in an Operations Analyst or analytics/process improvement role.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and ERP systems (PRONTO is a big plus).
  • Skilled in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Python or R experience (nice to have, not required).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and self-learning skills.
