Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Revesby (NSW).

The key focus of this role will be to:

  • Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone
  • Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements
  • Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
  • Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required
  • Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment
  • Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regarded
  • Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (including phone and email communication)
  • Prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues
