Overview

We are looking for an Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent progress and high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Plan project scope, timeline, resources and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define goals and track ongoing progress
  • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning sessions and retrospectives
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency
  • Promote continuous improvement and collaboration within teams
  • Ensure compliance with Australian workplace standards and company policies
  • Drive communication across departments and external partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT or related field
  • Proven experience managing Agile or hybrid projects
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of project budgeting and tracking
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Australian business standards and workplace regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Experience in digital transformation or software development teams
  • Familiarity with risk management and change management practices
  • Previous work experience in Australian corporate or consulting environments
