Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and allocate daily driver runs efficiently, optimizing routes and resources to minimize costs.
  • Act as the primary contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely support.
  • Address driver inquiries and resolve operational issues, including delays and customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Track driver progress and ensure adherence to schedules when required.
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies or breakdowns, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize fleet operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives.
