Overview

We're seeking a 3PL Transport Coordinator to play a key role in our logistics team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you'll oversee daily transport operations, coordinate schedules, and support safe, efficient deliveries for our customers. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily 3PL transport operations and scheduling.
  • Ensure staff are trained to perform duties safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse teams, and providers.
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and share real-time updates.
  • Manage 3PL costs and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Support WH&S compliance, including fatigue management and SWMS tools.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with weekend operations (rotational Saturdays).
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
Shift Details
  • Permanent full-time role.
  • Mon - Fri 5:30am - 1:30pm with occasional Saturday availability required.
  • Location: Wacol 4076.
  • Competitive annual salary package + Superannuation.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years transport and logistics experience preferred but not essential.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and problem solving.
  • Results and targets driven with a proactive can-do approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good multitasking skills and experience.
  • Excellent team player.
