MyFast Medical is our leading healthcare provider, combining innovative telehealth with in-person care. As we transform our western Melbourne location into MyFast Clinic, we take pride in integrating digital-first services delivered by our GPs with traditional in-clinic care. About the role

In this role, our Practice Manager will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, while serving as liaison between our clinic and MyFast Medical Group.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • overseeing front-desk, admin & GP coordination
  • recruiting/training/developing clinical and reception staff
  • maintaining compliance with legislation & quality standards
  • managing financial operations, billing and inventory
  • optimising workflows & supporting rebranding/growth strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Full Australian working rights essential
  • Min. 3-5 years GP or healthcare practice management experience essential
  • Current AHPRA registration + WWC check essential
  • Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Local knowledge of Melbourne's western suburbs preferred
  • Proven proficiency with medical software systems & financial management.
