We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Practice Manager as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 3-chair practice.

The Opportunity:We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at ourOakleighpracticeavailable foran experienced Practice Managerseekingpermanent full-time work (Monday to Fridays):The Heart of the role:Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patientsAssist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budgetMaintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock controlPatient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accountsGeneral administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCapsProactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbersEffectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staffWhat you'll bring:Prior business and people management experience essentialProven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time managementExceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumenUnderstanding how to generate income and control costsAble to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they ariseComfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice teamExperienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practiceExceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumenApply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received
