The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. Directly accountable for the performance of between 10 – 14 stores in the Sydney Metro area. You are an experienced retail leader who will use that experience to coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.

We currently have an opportunity for a new Field Manager to join us on a 12 month maximum term contract, with genuine view to becoming permanent.

You'll get a real buzz from empowering others to reach their full potential, while also setting and maintaining high standards for in‑store excellence and customer service.

  • An strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyse, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues

  • Leader of a high-performance and psychologically safe environment, actively involved in people development and my team's learning and growth
