This includes hands-on testing of electrical components, reviewing wiring and schematics, identifying product issues, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. The successful candidate will also play a key role in ensuring high standards of product performance, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices across our lighting products.

- Perform product returns inspection as required.
- Review and approve quotes from electrical contractors for rectification works, including site removal and replacement of faulty products.
- Coordinate the repair, rework, and refurbishment requirements for warranty replacements as required.
- Maintain detailed records on quality systems and analyse field failure data for quality reporting, including failure type grouping and field failure rate monitoring.
- Coordinate and participate with the internal cross-functional team to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange product credits and support root cause investigations and corresponding corrective actions.
- Manage the disposition of warranty returns.
2. Product Compliance
- Provide technical guidance to ensure product compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Support compliance review of incoming goods and new products introduced to the market.
- Where required, review and approve test reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a QA, testing, or manufacturing role related to electrical or electronic products.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to manage data for quality, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams, suppliers, and service providers.
