  1. To ensure generation of Engineering design deliverables prepared with due diligence after appropriate consideration of client's requirement and comprehensive compliance with Eilbeck Cranes Quality Systems

  2. To practice a First-Time-Right (FTR) approach for preparation of design deliverables, per approved budget and schedule

  3. Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with consideration for applicable Codes & Standards

  4. Be responsible for calculations at quotation and post award stage for cranes, portals, semi portals, structures and any other structural requirements.

  5. Checking third party calculations

  6. Achieve required accreditations to legally operate in all states of Australia.

  7. Develop and improve EC structural design capacity and take over current workload from contractors.

  8. Have a thorough understanding and practical interpretation of AS1418, AS4100, AS3990 and AS1554 as a minimum.

  9. Deal with Work Safe and DMP and develop repeatable procedures to minimise congestion with documentation.

  10. Reduce base manufacturing costs through cutting edge design.

  11. Take ownership of deliverables produced & their quality.

  12. Control of engineering documents in compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS).

  13. Ensure all QA documentation is delivered on time.

  14. Responsible change management and trend notifications

  15. Keep state manager informed on progress of project, with agreed periodicity.

  16. Undertake other duties as and when required.

  17. Execute your absolute best work at all times.

  18. Pay Rate: &39.00-$50.00
