The Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to support our engineering and project delivery teams. You will assist with site works, inspections, and technical reporting while helping ensure quality and compliance on a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests and evaluations of concrete, soil, and injection materials.

  • Collect and analyse field data; prepare reports and sketches.

  • Estimate materials, costs, and quantities; ensure compliance with standards.

  • Inspect repair works and organise or supervise maintenance activities.

  • Support engineers with defect investigations, QA/QC tasks, and site inspections.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering OR at least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction, waterproofing, or civil site operations.

  • Strong knowledge of injection systems, polymer technologies, leak sealing, and concrete repair techniques.

  • Ability to interpret drawings and perform defect investigations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

  • Good communication skills, able to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
