Residential & Commercial Cleaners (with/without Car) – Join Our Team

We are Viva Clean, a growing professional cleaning business in Sydney, and we're looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners to join our team.

What we offer:

  • Consistent weekly hours (starting 25–30 hrs/week, growing to 35+ for the right person).
  • $35/hour starting rate.
  • Fuel allowance for drivers who use their own car.
  • All eco-friendly products & professional equipment provided.
  • Work hours between 8am–4pm most days
  • Supportive team environment – most jobs are done in pairs, not alone.

Who we're looking for:

  • Previous residential and commercial cleaning experience (6+ months preferred).
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality standards.
  • With a car? Great — you'll receive fuel allowance when driving.
  • No car? Also fine — we pair you with a driver on the team.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • must have good English

Your role:

  • Regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning of family homes, Airbnbs, and government/DVA clients.
  • Standard tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens, bathrooms, and occasional deep cleans.
  • Working closely with another cleaner — teamwork is key.
