The Luxury Service Team Housekeeper will provide professional, discreet, and high-standard housekeeping services to private residences across Sydney on behalf of Mi5Star Signature. This is not a traditional housekeeping role — the successful candidate will be fully vetted to ensure the highest levels of trust, reliability, and professionalism.

The Luxury Service Team Housekeeper will represent Mi5Star Signature in households where discretion, approachability, and attention to detail are essential. The role involves travel between client locations, safe handling of equipment, and delivering consistently excellent results while maintaining the Company's reputation for quality and reassurance.

Core Housekeeping and Service Responsibilities:

• Deliver highest-quality cleaning and housekeeping services in private households across Sydney, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Handle, transport, and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading items (e.g., vacuum cleaners, supplies) from a Company vehicle.

• Maintain strict standards of confidentiality and discretion, respecting the privacy of clients and their households at all times.

• Detail-Oriented Cleaning Expertise: Ability to maintain immaculate cleanliness in luxury residences (marble, hardwood, fine fabrics, antiques, and specialty surfaces).

• Wardrobe Management: Care for designer clothing, couture garments, and accessories including correct storage, steaming, pressing, and minor repairs.

• Laundry & Linen Care: Advanced knowledge of laundering delicate fabrics, handling dry-clean-only garments, ironing, and managing luxury bedding/linens.

• Household Organisation: Systematic management of storage areas, pantries, wardrobes, and household supplies with precision and order.

• Turn-Down & Presentation: Ability to stage rooms, prepare guest suites, and set up residences to hotel-level standards.

• Valet & Personal Assistance: Support with packing/unpacking luggage, wardrobe preparation, and travel organisation.

• Event & Guest Support: Assisting with set-up for private dinners, parties, and gatherings, ensuring discretion and service continuity.

• Conduct routine checks of cleaning products and equipment, reporting shortages, damage, or faults promptly.

• Adhere to Mi5Star Signature's safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with health, safety, privacy, security and hygiene regulations.

• Report any incidents, concerns, or irregularities immediately to the designated Mi5Star Signature Line Manager.

• Represent Mi5Star Signature with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude in all client interactions.

About You & Your Background and Experience:

You will bring a proven background in luxury or high-standard housekeeping, with the skills, discretion, and professionalism required to support UHNW clients. Specifically, you will demonstrate:

Technical Knowledge

• Confident use of eco-friendly and luxury-grade cleaning products, with a clear understanding of material compatibility (stone, metals, woods, fine fabrics).

• Proficiency in operating high-end appliances and cleaning equipment (e.g., Miele, Gaggenau, Dyson).

• Strong inventory management skills, monitoring and replenishing household supplies, groceries, and specialist items.

• Awareness of property maintenance needs, recognising issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or security systems and escalating appropriately.

Discretion, Etiquette & Interpersonal Skills

• Absolute discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of UHNW household management.

• Polished personal presentation, calm under pressure, with refined and professional manners.

• Cultural sensitivity, with awareness of international customs, traditions, and household expectations.

• Knowledge of formal service etiquette, including high-standard table setting and dining protocols.

• Warm but discreet guest interaction, anticipating needs without intrusion.

Administrative & Organisational Skills

• Skilled in aligning housekeeping duties with estate schedules, family routines, and events.

• Accurate record-keeping of inventories, vendor visits, and maintenance logs.

• Experience liaising with external contractors, florists, and specialist suppliers.

• Competence in using household management apps, smart-home systems, and digital communication platforms.
