Step into your new role
We're on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Customer Support Representative to become part of our friendly, fast-paced team. If you're someone who thrives on solving problems and you're confident navigating ERP systems—especially NetSuite—then we'd love to hear from you In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely, helpful responses that build satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to inbound phone calls, emails, and digital platform enquiries—making sure all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Supporting our Business Development Managers with overflow order processing, including setting up new customer accounts and managing order updates.
- Managing customer orders and resolving product or service-related questions with care and accuracy.
- Tracking deliveries and coordinating with customers, warehouse teams, and sales reps to resolve any freight or logistics issues.
- Carrying out essential daily tasks such as order fulfilments, returns and credits, order releases, and other admin processes to keep things running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Support Officer role using NetSuite or similar Oracle ERP
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues
Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset, to ensure customer satisfaction
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks and follow set procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and records
Initiative for process improvements and other efficiencies
