    Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We're looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at AUSIEX. This is your chance to shape and redefine the customer service experience in our rapidly growing organisation.

    As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our customer service team, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. We believe in the power of collaboration and value your expertise in providing top-notch support to our customers.

  • What your day will look like
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support our customers with their enquiries or issues e.g., website navigation, process assistance, current market conditions as well as company announcements and account changes.
  • Support in placing, amending, and cancelling trades on the ASX/Cboe
  • Educate customers in the mechanics of share trading and associated processes.
  • Assist customers with submitting applications.
  • End to end tracking of client requests sent to the Operations team and following up on pending issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver expert solutions and add value to our customers' experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible support to our clients
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.

    Ongoing training will be provided when you start and throughout your journey with us to ensure you have a solid understand of share trading, our processes and our business

Your Skills & Experience

  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our clients' experience
  • Experience in a contact centre or financial markets/services industry (not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment where your contributions are valued.
  • Risk mindset - All AUSIEX employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
  • Tertiary related qualifications in a business-related discipline (not essential)
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing organisation.
