About the role
We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Manager for Supply Technical to lead the development and execution of Hane's Group Supply Technical strategy. This role sits at the heart of our supply network, connecting teams, suppliers and innovation partners to enhance product quality, speed, and sustainability across our diverse portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Lead the Group Supply Technical strategy, ensuring alignment with Hane's commercial, quality, and sustainability goals.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, technical audits, and capability building across Tier 1–4 partners.
  • Oversee product and raw material qualification programs, improving cost efficiency, reducing lead times, and strengthening product quality.
  • Champion new manufacturing technologies and process innovation to future proof our supply base.
  • Partner closely with Sourcing, Design, R&D, Quality, and Sustainability teams across Australia and Asia to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead product risk assessments, ensuring compliance, consistency, and agility in every development.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Textiles, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in apparel or textile manufacturing, ideally across categories such as underwear, sleepwear, kids, or homewares.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of fabric construction, raw materials, and production processes.
  • A strategic mindset that's solutions focused paired with hands-on project management experience.
