We're looking for a full-time Talent Coordinator (with flexible hours to work across Monday to Saturday) to manage interviews, onboarding, and photoshoots for new and existing talent. If you're highly organised, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this is your chance to launch a career in the entertainment industry.


What You'll Do
  • Run and schedule interviews with new applicants
  • Guide families and talent through onboarding, payments, and shoots
  • Coordinate castings, events, and client communications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service every day
  • Support the CEO and team on exciting projects that drive growth

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in customer facing role (sales, PR, retail, admin, hospitality, or similar)
  • Confident communicator who connects easily with people
  • Organised, proactive, and thrives under pressure
  • Interested in the sales, marketing, business or creative industries
  • Experience working with both kids and adults
  • Successful candidate must pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
