About the Opportunity:
With an exciting period of expansion ahead and multiple new venues set to open over the next year, LUCAS Restaurants is growing its Talent team.

We're looking for a Talent Advisor who can partner with our venue leaders, source exceptional talent, build strong relationships, and represent the LUCAS brand with confidence and care.

*The Ideal Candidate:*

  • 1-2 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders
  • A friendly, professional phone manner
  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • Experience booking interviews and managing calendars
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Clear communicator with great presentation
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
