We're Bubblegum Casting and Hunter Talent — Australia's leading talent agencies representing actors, models, and performers of all ages across TV, film, fashion, and advertising.

We're looking for a Talent Scout / Talent Coordinator to help run interviews, onboard new talent, and coordinate shoots. If you're organised, great with people, and love a fast-paced environment, this is a fun and exciting way to start your career in the industry.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Run and schedule interviews with new applicants (mostly online)
  • Guide families and talent through onboarding, payments, and photoshoots
  • Keep track of schedules, communications, and follow-ups
  • Help coordinate castings, events, and day-to-day agency life
  • Support the team and CEO on exciting projects that make an impact

Who You Are
  • You've worked in a people-facing role before (sales, retail, admin, PR, hospitality — all great)
  • Confident talking to anyone — from kids and parents to creatives and clients
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Interested in sales, marketing, or the creative industries
  • Reliable, positive, and up for learning something new
  • Must pass a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
