**Purpose**:
**About the role**:

- Assist in HR functions and activities including Recruitment, Engagement, Culture, Employee Relations and Organisational Development.
- Provide administrative support and general assistance across the employee lifecycle to the HR team.
- Support the delivery of workforce events to enhance the employee experience.

**About you**:

- Committed to undertaking and completing a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.
