What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging with customers to resolve overdue accounts
  • Handling sensitive conversations with emotional intelligence
  • Negotiating payment plans and offering tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and following compliance procedures
  • Working toward team and individual goals with ongoing coaching

What You Bring

  • A warm, professional phone presence that builds rapport
  • Confidence under pressure and quick decision-making skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales (collections experience is a plus)

Available Shifts

We offer a range of set schedules to suit different lifestyles. Please specify your preferred option when applying:

  • Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hrs)
  • Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm (24 hrs)
  • Mon, Tue, Thu: 8:30am–5:00pm (24 hrs)
  • Tue, Wed, Thu: 8:30am–5:00pm (24 hrs)
  • Mon–Fri: 8:30am–1:00pm (22.5 hrs)
  • Mon–Fri: 1:00pm–5:00pm (20 hrs)

Note: These shifts are fixed. Please ensure your availability matches the schedule you select.
