Urgent Hire: Contact Centre Agents

We are looking for a couple of contact centre agents to join our team in North Sydney. This is an urgent hire and we need people who can start as soon as this week.

You will be working on an event registration campaign, speaking with business professionals over the phone. If you perform well, there may be opportunities to continue working with us on other campaigns such as B2B lead generation.

What You Will Do:

  • Make outbound calls for event registration
  • Speak confidently with business professionals
  • Enter accurate data into our system
  • Work closely with a supportive and experienced team

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous contact centre or phone-based experience is essential
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Reliable, quick to learn, and ready to start immediately
  • Able to work from our office in North Sydney
