Synergie Australia is seeking a Call Centre Operator for a leader in environmental solutions located in Chullora
The important parts:
Temp assignment – ongoingMonday to Friday – no WFH9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM$37.39 per hour + superASAP StartChullora – parking onsiteWhat you will be required to do:
The successful candidate will be answering high volume inbound calls whilst completing administration duties on multiple software's.
High volume calls – 30-60 calls a day Resident and commercial customersDealing with enquiries: booking, kerb side collections residents, bin collection and bin maintenance Handling multiple booking portals Handling council contractsTo be successful in the role you will:
2+ years in a call centre environment Ability to multi-task and handle high volume calls Must be reliable and committed to attending work regularly. Dedicated to achieve KPIs Intermediate experience using Microsoft products – excel, outlook, word. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Have working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to workDemonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.What's on offer for you:
