Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our network of solar and battery installers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that installation projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily installation schedules and assign jobs to solar/battery installers.
  • Match installer skill sets and job types (PV or battery) by region and availability.
  • Communicate with customers and installers to confirm site readiness and schedule.
  • Track installation progress and report job completion status.
  • Manage installation documentation, compliance forms, and photos.
  • Work closely with the operations team to resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Maintain installer database, ensure licenses and insurances are up to date.
  • Provide progress updates to management and assist in workflow optimisation.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, solar industry operations, or field service management.
  • Understanding of solar PV and battery systems installation process (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, job management platforms (e.g., HighLevel) is advantageous.
