Ash Electrical Whitsundays is looking for an awesome sparky to join our team.

We're a small company of 4-5 Electricians. We're local and we pride ourselves on a great work environment.

We are seeking team players with a top work ethic, great communication skills, and a common-sense attitude to work and life

We are based in Airlie Beach.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems, switchboards and more
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as required
  • Ensure that all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years trade experience
  • QLD Electrical Licence
  • Valid driver's license
  • White Card
  • Up to date CPR and LVR Certificates
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
