Your Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Townsville depot, a key regional hub known for its mining industry, strong community spirit, and rugged outback landscapes. In this role, you'll ensure schools, public buildings, and essential facilities remain operational, assist with emergency response efforts, and contribute to key community projects. You'll also work closely with our government partners to expand QBuild's services, supporting the continued growth of North Queensland.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Electrical Licence – if you're not licensed, this role isn't for you
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • A focus on safety, following electrical regulations and best practices
  • A willingness to use digital tools (yes, even tradies need to check emails)
  • A passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring apprentices
