This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll directly support the Marketing Manager and play a key part in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our marketing team.

What You'll Do

As Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be the glue that keeps the marketing engine running smoothly. Your role is to translate strategy into action, empower your team, and ensure that processes, systems, and client outcomes are humming.

You will:

  • Report directly to the Marketing Manager and be their right-hand in delivering the company's marketing vision.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality client service and campaign delivery.

  • Oversee the BuzzConnect Club Buddy Program, ensuring every client has the operational support they need to succeed.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guides that align with the company's strategic goals.

  • Drive accountability, performance, and engagement across the team.

  • Ensure the digital marketing team stays on top of platform updates, client deliverables, and internal workflows.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions.

  • Facilitate training and upskilling of the team in campaign execution, client service, reporting, and platform tools.

About You

You are a confident operator with a knack for systems, structure, and people. You're the kind of leader who doesn't just "manage"—you empower, inspire, and optimise.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management or team leadership.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with a systems and process-first mindset.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and client engagement workflows.

  • Confidence in managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bring calm and order to the chaos.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative and approachable leadership style.
