We're growing and looking for a motivated Trainee / Junior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager to join our boutique team. If you've got the right attitude, love solving problems, and want real career progression, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do
  • Partner with a Senior Property Manager to co-manage a residential portfolio, moving toward your own; seasoned PMs can jump straight into an SOR portfolio.
  • Act for the landlord while respecting and appreciating our tenants
  • Handle enquiries, inspections, maintenance, and leasing administration
  • Navigate conflict professionally to create win–win outcomes
  • Juggle competing priorities—communicating clearly and following through
  • Keep immaculate records and stay on top of compliance and deadlines
What you bring
  • A growth mindset: curious, coachable, and improving every week
  • Confident conflict-resolution skills and sound judgment
  • Empathetic, not emotional—you read the room and stay composed
  • Strong organisation and time management; you can juggle without dropping the ball
  • Clear written and verbal communication; professional presentation
  • Basic tech savvy with property management software (we'll train you on ours)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Nice-to-haves (not deal breakers)
  • Experience in property management, real estate admin, or other customer-facing roles
  • Licence/certificate favourable but not essential—we'll support the right person
  • Current WA Property Management Registration or working towards it
