We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to own our Growth Engine, the system that generates demand, converts it, and fills our programs.

This isn't a traditional "do the marketing" or "close deals" role.

You'll lead the strategy, systems, people, and rhythm that drive growth.

Your Mission

Own the strategy and execution of the Mojo Human Performance Institute Growth Engine so every project, campaign, and person across marketing and sales is aligned, performing, and delivering results.

You'll manage the flow awareness → leads → appointments → sales → handover.

Your success looks like: more qualified leads, higher show rates, improved close rates, lower CAC, and reliable revenue.

What You'll Be Driving

  • Lead and develop the Growth Engine team: coach, inspire, and hold accountable a group of marketers, creators, and sales professionals. You'll drive results and cultivate a culture of clarity, and ownership.
  • Plan & Run the Growth Calendar: launches, webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Funnel & Revenue Ops: instrument the funnel, improve conversion at each stage, and maintain a clean, actionable CRM (we use Go HighLevel).
  • Reporting Rhythm: weekly scorecards & monthly reviews .
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth client handover and a connected customer journey.
  • Continuous Improvement: identify bottlenecks, test hypotheses, review campaign data, and run post-mortems that lead to better execution.
  • Apply our Mojo People Performance Framework: develop each team member through 1:1s, clear expectations, and a genuine investment in their growth, performance, and success.

You'll Need

  • Experience in marketing, sales operations, or growth management (preferably in a coaching, training, or education business)
  • Strong project management and people leadership skills
  • Experience driving performance across marketing and sales teams - you know how to build capability, accountability, and culture
  • Ability to translate vision into measurable campaigns and results
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, lead funnels, CRM, sales processes and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

Nice to have: webinar/event marketing, landing page, email/SMS automation, paid media oversight, and content calendar management.
