Mojo Human Performance Institute helps ambitious business owners scale, build elite teams, and live epic lives.

We are the growth engine for driven entrepreneurs, redefining what it means to lead, grow, and win in business and life.

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO who also excels at training and program design, someone who can provide world-class executive support and turn Michael Mojo's ideas, frameworks, and insights into high-impact presentations, resources, and trainings.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, creativity, and learning design, perfect for a structure-loving organiser who can translate ideas into tools that create transformation and contribute to our mission of igniting authentic, empowered leadership and relentless growth.

Your Mission

To make Michael more effective by protecting his time, managing priorities, and transforming his thinking into engaging, practical resources.

You bring great energy and a calming presence. You know how to keep pace with an ambitious CEO, while staying grounded and intentional.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Executive Support: Own Michael's calendar, travel, and day-to-day priorities. Prepare briefings and logistics for presentations, coaching calls, and live events.
  • Training & Program Design: Turn spoken ideas and frameworks into clear training decks, workbooks, and tools for our programs.
  • Preparation & Collaboration: Work with Content, Marketing, and Events to ensure messaging is tight and delivery is consistent and impactful.
  • Systems & Documentation: Create templates, playbooks, and repeatable structures for future trainings and events.
  • Research & Insight Integration: Use member feedback and industry trends to improve learning flow and resource quality.
Who You Are

You're equal parts organiser and creative translator, someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where precision meets purpose. You're self-aware, proactive, and deeply committed to doing meaningful work that makes an impact.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are driven by purpose. You care about why things are done and love supporting a mission that creates real transformation.
  • Communicate with clarity and intention. You listen deeply, express ideas simply, and always aim to make information easy to absorb.
  • Bring an inspirational energy to your work. You elevate those around you through your professionalism, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Have a results mindset. You take pride in seeing things through and creating outcomes that matter, not just ticking boxes.
  • Take ownership. You anticipate needs, hold yourself to high standards, and see accountability as a strength.
  • Have a genuine commitment to learning and growth. You love improving systems, skills, and yourself.

You bring structure to creativity, clarity to ideas, and momentum to projects, helping Michael stay focused on impact while turning his vision into reality.

What You Bring
  • Experience in a Executive/Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Training/Content Development role
  • Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Canva) and excellent written communication
  • Proven ability to turn ideas into tangible resources
  • Experience in coaching, consulting, education, or events is a plus
  • Comfortable balancing administrative precision with creative thinking
What You'll Love
  • Working directly alongside Michael Mojo, gaining firsthand insight into high-level coaching, leadership, and human performance
  • A role that blends structure and creativity
  • Being part of a world-class team that values growth and excellence
  • Clear pathways for growth
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work onsite at live events, which may involve standing or moving for extended periods
  • Flexibility to travel as required for events
