Selection Steel has a unique cadet opportunity for the right candidate, providing a platform to learn fundamental business skills across a number of organisational areas from operations to sales and administration, with potential to cross train in manufacturing as well as distribution environments.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent reliability and communication.

· A can-do attitude and strong approach to teamwork.

• A safety-first mindset.

· Good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as an attention to detail.

• Holder of a current forklift licence is beneficial but not mandatory, suitable training will be provided.

What You'll Do:

Starting with an operational role in our warehouse, you will progressively learn all aspects of our business, with the first stage incorporating:

• Hands on warehousing.
• Full-time shift (6am to 2pm Monday to Friday).
• Operation of forklifts to pick and pack orders.
• Loading / unloading of vehicles and managing paperwork.
• Use of electronic stock management system.
• General warehouse duties to maintain a safe and effective workplace.
