This highly respected client is a proudly locally owned and managed civil contractor based in Brisbane, delivering high-quality infrastructure and urban projects across Southeast Queensland. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure and subdivision work, they are known for their hands-on leadership, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence.

Due to continued market success and growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Supervisor/Foreman with proven experience in subdivision projects to join their team and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes on site.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. You'll lead site crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of subdivision construction, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and service installation
  • Manage site resources, subcontractors, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Monitor progress and report on timelines, budgets, and site issues
  • Lead and mentor site teams to maintain high performance and morale
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and council representatives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor
  • Background in subdivision projects
  • Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • White Card and Driving licence
