About the Role

We are seeking a professional and personable Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing modular construction and design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, guiding them through the design and build process, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience from initial enquiry to project completion.

The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our clients and our sales, design, production, and installation teams — assisting with material selections, accessories, pricing, and equipment specifications for our bespoke studios and small dwellings. This role will also involve problem-solving and liaising with trades to ensure the timely rectification of any defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct client consultations regarding finishes, fittings, and accessory selections.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure selections are implemented accurately.
  • Prepare and update client documentation, selections schedules, and progress reports.
  • Assist with light social media and marketing activities, including client testimonials and project updates.
  • Visit client sites and display installations as required.
  • Perform a defects walkthrough with clients prior to handover and coordinate defect rectification.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, patience, and discretion at all times.
