We're currently looking for an experienced
Administrative Assistant
to join our
Perth team
and support our growing operations.
A great opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated person to fill an Administration role in our Perth office.
In this role you will answer phone, organise stationery and other consumables, assist and perform finance support tasks among other various accounting and administration duties.
To be considered for the position you must:
- Have 2+ year experience in a similar role
- MYOB accounts exposure (Financial (Accounts) an payroll experience is desirable, including all tax obligations)
- Possess Excellent communication skills
- Possess high attention to detail
- Possess an impeccable work ethic
- Be able to Microsoft office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Have a current Driver's License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to learn
- Team Player
- Reliable and dependable with a keen, can do attitude
- Ability to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
- Well presented at all times
