Para Hills Community Club has been proudly serving the community for over 50 years. With our welcoming atmosphere, modern facilities, and versatile dining and event spaces, we cater to everything from milestone celebrations to corporate events, casual dining, and community gatherings.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day bistro operations and service flow

Coordinating the setup, service, and pack-down of functions according to run sheets

Liaising with clients and internal teams during events

Ensuring service standards are met and exceeded

Leading, training, and supporting staff to deliver consistent quality

What You'll Need

Previous experience in hospitality or events management

Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment

Strong attention to detail with a customer-first approach

Experience with Function Tracker or Now Book It (desirable)

RSA required

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
