
Key Employer Relationship Manager

The Key Employer Relationship Manager's key responsibility is to achieve ongoing sustainable growth for the Fund through employer, and stakeholder channels within geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth for the fund through proactive visitation and support for the fund employer experience proposition.
- Relationship building activity within employer and stakeholder channels.
- Attract new opportunities and create advocacy within existing relationships.
- Scale and coverage of the employer and stakeholder channel within a national team. Develop solution focused, data led engagement plans, appropriate channel campaigns including workplace education delivery within an assigned territory.
- Accountability for portfolio member density growth.
- Develop, plan and implement scalable member and prospective member service/education activities towards growth, member satisfaction and advocacy.
- Contributing to toolkit creation and executing solutions in line with business unit growth and retention ambitions.
Qualifications
- RG146 (mandatory) – with annual refresher (or commitment to become accredited within 6 months of employment).
- BA of Business, Marketing or related field (Desired) or minimum 5years relevant industry experience within Superannuation or Financial Advice (mandatory).
Desired skills & experience:
- Solid financial services experience with at least 5 years industry experience. Ideally in superannuation, with strong working knowledge of multi-employer or industry funds.
- Previous experience in a Relationship Management, Business Development or similar across a dedicated territory.
- High level relationship management, communication (both written and verbal) negotiation and formal presentation skills.
- Experience in managing the development of service plans and delivery of agreed programs.
- Proven ability to generate new business leads and deliver key growth and retention outcomes.
- Awareness of superannuation benefit design, insurance arrangements, legislation and financial planning industry.
- Advanced IT skills, able to efficiently and effectively use all Microsoft Office programs and business specific software, continually upskill on software required to perform role.
