Echelon Care is seeking a full time Speech Pathologist to join our well respected and vibrant team, helping children to adolescents. We are looking for the right candidate/s being either a New Graduate, Early Career Speech Pathologist or established Speech Pathologist and we encourage all to apply.

Clinic-based service (South Morang)

Package will be according to level of experience ($80,000 - $120,000)

Includes $5,000 PD allowance

Low weekly KPIs with hourly bonus for excess

Echelon Care is an established business providing Speech Pathology services to an array of clients in the Northeast of Melbourne. Our vision is to provide our clients with a multidisciplinary approach with the foundation of care at the centre of all we do. Our brand new clinic is located in South Morang and is neighboured with other providers in a health and wellness precinct.

This philosophy has empowered our SLP's to have special interests in areas such as Gestalt Language Processing (NLA trained), echolalia, selective mutism and AAC, Oro-motor feeding skills and dysphagia.  That's in addition to extensive certifications like Hanen programs, Sounds-Write, TheraPlay, Oro-facial myology amongst many others.  Professional development is a regular fixture at Echelon Care and the existing team take their expertise and professional development very seriously.

What we offer

- Graduate program and mentoring

  • Total remuneration package based off experience (including PD and super) of $80k - $120k.

  • $5,000 PD allowance with 5 days study leave

  • Low weekly KPI targets (22 hours per week)

  • Hourly bonus payments of $50 for any chargeable hours over your weekly KPI (paid monthly so it's transparent and immediate)

  • All equipment and resources provided

  • Our last team activity was paintball in the Yarra Valley, and involved working together to flank around the Director, accidentally shooting her on the funny bone and stealing the flag…. :)
