Your new company

Hays are partnering with a well-established organisation to find an HR Professional to join their team for a 3-month contract.
This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, where your contribution will directly support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the business.

Your new role

You'll be providing accurate and timely advice across policies, procedures, and industrial instruments. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and induction, and assisting with employee lifecycle activities including performance management, contract amendments, and offboarding.
You will also play a key role in supporting injury management and workers compensation administration, ensuring compliance and assisting employees through their return-to-work journey. In addition, you will contribute to broader people initiatives including culture, engagement, and training support.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring prior experience or qualifications in Human Resource Management, along with strong communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be confident using IT systems to deliver efficient outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You must have a current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check and a current National Police Check (or be willing to obtain one).
