The Meat & Wine Co Chadstone is seeking Hosts/Reservations Agents to join the team.

This is a part time position offering 20-30 hours per week.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Attending to guest inquiries and reservations via email, telephone and face to face
  • Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
  • Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
  • Processing payments and cash handling

Do you have?:

  • Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
  • Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
  • A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
  • Cash handling experience
  • Current RSA certificate
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends
