**The Meat & Wine Co** **Chadstone** is seeking **Hosts/Reservations Agents** to join the team - **Part time contract with 20-25 hours available.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Providing exceptional customer service by ensure all guest requests and requirements are communicated and completed.
- Greeting guests and assisting with guests orders and needs
- Processing payments and cash handling

**Do you have?**:

- Previous experience in guest services within a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Previous experience with a reservation system such as SevenRooms or Res Diary is an advantage
- A La Carte restaurant experience an advantage
- Cash handling experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster including nights and weekends

**Experience**:

- Hosting: 1 year (required)
- Reservations: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
