WOW Recruitment are seeking a results-focused Senior Marketing Manager.

Are you an impactful, seasoned marketing leader ready to take the reins of a high-performing team and drive the brand strategy for a rapidly expanding, purpose-driven care provider?

You will oversee brand vision and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels. This is a generalist leadership role where your strategic vision and passion for people will be key to success.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the Strategy:
    Own the overarching marketing and brand strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's core mission of providing exceptional care and support.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring:
    Directly manage and mentor a talented team, including specialists in PPC, Social Media and Events. Foster a collaborative environment and drive professional development.
  • Multi-Channel Execution:
    Oversee the execution of campaigns across a diverse marketing mix, including digital, print, and community engagement channels.
  • Drive Brand & Community Presence:
    Work closely with their Events Coordinator to deliver high-impact events. Your ability to translate brand goals into tangible, public-facing experiences will be crucial.
  • Creative & Design Oversight:
    Collaborate with the in-house design team to ensure all visual and communication assets are on-brand and compelling.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven Leadership Experience:
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, having directly managed and mentored a marketing team.
  • Marketing Generalist Strength:
    A broad skill set with demonstrable success supporting strategy across the full marketing lifecycle, from awareness to conversion.
  • Brand Champion:
    Deep understanding of brand development and the ability to ensure consistent, positive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Passion for a Purpose-Driven Sector:
    A genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families.

Salary

$150,000 + super

Location

Sydney Olympic Park - on-site 5 days per week
